Joint Free Steel Fibre Reinforced Slab On Pile floors offer a modern but proven solution for the construction of high tolerance, quality concrete floors on weak soils where piling is required. More than 10,000,000 m2 of these floors have been constructed in Europe since 1990. During your visit, CoGri Asia will introduce you to the latest thinking, practice in design, sharing their knowledge and expertise. NE Asia Investment and Trade Expo
Changchun, Jilin

The 6th Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo will be held in Changchun, Jilin Province on 2-6th September. Changchun is a major industrial centre in NE China, with a very strong advanced engineering industry (especially automobiles) and Jilin is in the heart of China’s corn belt and there are many opportunities for agriculture and food processing. The expo also brings together companies and officials from the region, including Mongolia, Korea and Russia and will have an exhibition focussed on the development of the Changchun-Jilin-Tumen River Pilot Area for Development and Opening-up. Sustainable Cities Programme: Trade Mission
South West China and Shanghai

This UKTI mission is designed for UK companies involved in the sustainable urban development agenda (construction, environmental, low carbon and others). The mission will visit three cities involved in China’s ‘Sustainable Cities Programme’ which are designated by Beijing as demonstration centres for low carbon infrastructure and sustainable urban development. The mission will include meetings, site visits and networking receptions with senior officials from the municipal and provincial government department responsible for project specification and also local and international investors and developers.  The mission will culminate on the 13th September with participation in the FT Urban Development Summit in Shanghai. 7th China International Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Show (CIEES)

The Fair is one of the biggest energy-saving themed event is China International Energy Saving and Environmental Protection Show (CIEES). Hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and Guangdong Province, CISMEF has won strong support from governments and enterprises from various regions in China. Future of Plant Breeding Seminar UK Expo Pavilion, Shanghai

2010 is the UN year of biodiversity and it is highly appropriate that we are holding this seminar at the UK Pavilion at Shanghai Expo where the “Seed Cathedral” is a key feature. CBBC is working with Mylnefield Research Services Limited, the British Embassy Science and Innovation Network and UKTI to deliver a day long workshop and dialogue on the future of plant breeding and its pivotal role in food production /food security, promoting UK excellence and the underpinning science in this field, encouraging debate and discussion, and facilitating the opportunity for future academic and business collaborations between UK and China.

CMEF AUTUMN 2010

As the largest medical device exhibition in China, CMEF is an excellent avenue for UK companies looking to expand into this rapidly growing market. With events held twice a year, the Spring edition of CMEF is held in Shenzhen whilst the Autumn show moves around the country – giving exhibitors access to a new pool of visiting healthcare professionals / distributors each year.

To exhibit at CMEF Autumn 2010 complete the registration form and return it to Peter Wheeler, Senior International Coordinator at Medilink Y&H. Fifth EU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair

The EU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair has been held for four years in a row providing a platform for the European business to meet their counterparts in the east. In 2010, this fair will be held alongside the Western China International Fair. It attracted over 600,000 visitors from China and abroad in 2009. CBBC attended the fair in 2009 and found the local participating business is in good quality and serious in seeking for international cooperation opportunities. Therefore, we promote the fair to UK business which is interested in the southwest market in China.

This year's 2nd CITTC will be held on November 12-14 2010 and will focus on the international cooperation in strategic emerging industries such as new energy, bio-technology and medicine, new materials, wireless sensor network and internet of things (WSN/IOT), energy saving and environmental protection, which are priorities in the development of Jiangsu Province. The event will include a plenary session in Nanjing and business talks and on-spot visits to other cities in Jiangsu Province.
